Looking for a warm, welcoming space for your smaller gathering?

Our 18th century style Tavern building is available for rental to approved groups and individuals who desire an historic style venue, with modern conveniences.

Rental of the Tavern includes the use of the main Tavern room, six 8 foot long tables, about 48 windsor style chairs, several benches and the handicap accessible restroom. It also includes the use of the outstanding modern kitchen and appliances for your own use, or the use of your chosen caterer.

This building can accommodate up to 48 persons.

There is an additional fee for the use of the fireplace, which includes a DLM staff person to tend the fire. Please note that all decorations must be free-standing; nothing may be affixed to windows or walls.

The Renter is responsible for arranging the room as desired, and cleaning up afterward. If desired, professional cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee, freeing the renter from many clean-up duties.

Fee schedule. Rental allows you to have the use of the Tavern for as long as the entire day, 9am-10pm.

Tavern Rental: $200 ($160 for DLMA members) Please note that a renter must remain on the premises for the entire duration of the rental period.Required Security deposit equal to your full rental fee (refunded in full when the facility is left as you found it)

Addional Options:

Addional fee required if you desire a fire in the fireplace: $65/4 hours. Additional hours may be purchased for $15/hr
